The Referral and Assessment Co-ordinator will be based in our offices in Sheffield. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Working with Adullam central services you will often be the first point of contact with all (internal and external) stakeholders, statutory/third sector agencies locally and self-referrals. You will provide high quality administrative support to the operations team and management and be responsible for relevant databases and systems including the Adullam Pyramid database and SCC''s HSP database.
