Job role: Recycling Supervisor
Hours:-Monday to Friday, Days
Salary: -45,000 Basic + Employee Benefits
My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for an experienced Recycling Site Supervisor to join the team. The Recycling Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising MRF operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in production environments.
Recycling Site Supervisor --Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
- Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues
- Manage the facility and machinery maintenance
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory
- Oversee loading and unloading of materials
- Enforce safety protocols for all staff
- Suggest improvements for operational efficiency
- Secure the facility and manage stock safety
Recycling Site SupervisorSkills and Attributes
- Experience of working within a MRF site, Transfer Station, Recycling or Waste Site
- Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operation
- Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
- Computer literate
