Recycling Operatives

Job Summary
We are seeking Recycling Operatives to join our environmentally conscious client''s team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, processing, and managing recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Duties:

• Sort and separate various types of recyclables such as plastics, cardboard, and paper according to company protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the recycling area to promote a safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and safety standards

Experience

• Previous experience in waste management or recycling operations is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and environmental responsibility is highly valued.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

07.30am-16.30pm
