Recycling Operatives

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client s team in Leicester. There are different sites that need covering: - Barwell as the main site, with the flexibility to cover the Lutterworth and Whetstone Sites when needed. OR - Melton as the main site, with the flexibility to cover the Loughborough and Mountsorrel Sites when needed. OR - Oadby as the main site, with the flexibility to cover the Whetstone Site when needed. OR - Whetstone as the main site, with the flexibility to cover the Oadby Site when needed. OR - Lount and Shepshed as the main sites, with the flexibility to cover Coalville Site when needed. OR - Kibworth and Market Harborough as the main sites with the flexibility to cover Oadby when needed. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins Managing site traffic and providing clear direction Maintaining health and safety standards on-site Working outdoors in all weather conditions Requirements: UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred) Ability to work 5 days on, 2 days off rota including weekends Positive, customer-focused attitude Hours and Pay: 5 days over 7 including weekend work.
