Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting-Recycling Operatives-to join a busy waste and recycling operation covering the-Sutton-area.

This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Weekend availability is essential-as this role includes weekend working on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting members of the public with recycling and waste disposal.

• Ensuring recyclable materials are sorted correctly.

• Keeping the recycling centre clean, organised and safe.

• Helping customers locate the correct disposal areas.

• Carrying out general housekeeping duties across the site.

• Promoting safe working practices and environmental awareness.

• Reporting any site issues or hazards promptly.

• Working effectively as part of a busy team.

Requirements

• Previous experience within recycling, labouring, warehouse or customer service is desirable but not essential.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Weekend availability is essential.

• A full UK driving licence is advantageous-to support cover across Sutton, Kingston and Croydon sites.
