Recycling Operative

Manpower are now recruiting for a Recycling Operative for a busy plant based close to Stallingborough. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent after an initial probationary period.

Location
* Close to Stallingborough
* Own transport essential due to location (no public transport)

Shift Pattern
* Monday-Friday (Rotating shifts)

Week 1:
* Monday-Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
* Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Week 2:
* Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am

Pay rate

• £12.50 per hour
  * £13.40 per hour from 4:00am-6:00am and 10:00pm-12:00am
  

Key Responsibilities
* Working within a recycling plant environment
* Sorting and processing recyclable materials
* Following health andamp; safety procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
* Supporting the team to meet daily targets

What We''re Looking For

Experience
* Previous experience in recycling, production, manufacturing or warehouse work preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
* Able to work full shift patterns including early starts and late finishes

Additional Requirements
* Reliable and punctual
* Not suitable for students or short-term break periods
* Flexibility to work overtime if required
