Recycling OperativePay Rate: 13.69 per hour - AM Shift 14.85 per hour - PM ShiftLocation: DaventryStart Date: ASAPShifts Available:AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pmPM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pmWorking Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required.We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives to join our team, with immediate starts available on tomorrow.The Role:As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily recycling operation, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and work is completed within the required deadlines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires candidates who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Baling cardboard and preparing recyclable materials for processing.Moving and sorting recycling materials around the warehouse.Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.Following all health and safety procedures.Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.The Ideal Candidate:Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.Motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7.What We Offer:Competitive pay rate of 13.69 and 14.85 per hour.Consistent shift ..... full job details .....
