Recycling Operative

Workforce Staffing is recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a leading waste recycling company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday 2.30pm – 11pm and a 10 finish on a Friday

Location: Worcester

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Please note: Due to the location of the site, your own transport is essential, as public transport is not suitable for the shift times.

The Role

As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Sorting recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Helping to maximise recycling and minimise waste.
