Recylcing ManagerSharnbrook£37,000 - £40,000 per annumMon - Fri 07.00 - 17.00 (47.5 hours paid a week)Temp to perm We are currently recruiting for a Sharnbrook based company who is looking to bring a Manager into their busy recycling team. This role is managing a busy production team including both production and logistics staff. This will also include some manual handling. This is a fast paced environment with production targets. What you will be doing- Leading, motivating and developing the team- Planning daily and weekly production schedules- Managing shift patterns and staffing levels- Monitoring output, quality and efficiency- Health and safety- Keeping machinery and equipment running well- Working with the wider team to improve processes What do you get- 47.5 hours paid a week- Temp to perm- Consistent hours with overtime available What do you need- Experience managing a production or warehousing team- Experience in Recycling or Waste is highly desirable- Hands on leadership style- Good planning and organisational skills If this sounds like the role for you then APPLY NOW!
