Recycling and Waste Operative (Outdoor, Physical Role)

Immediate starts available Monday to Friday No Weekend (Overtime may be available) Rotating 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm Two paid 15 minute breaks, one unpaid 30 minute break per shift. 37.5 hours paid per week. THE ROLE Working as part of the Recycling and Waste team, you''ll play an important role in supporting the manufacturing operation by ensuring waste materials are collected, processed and recycled safely and efficiently. You''ll operate a range of equipment, including plastic grinding machinery and material handling equipment, while helping to maintain a clean, organised and environmentally responsible workplace. This is a hands on, predominantly outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards. ESSENTIALS TO APPLY Experience operating machinery and industrial power tools within a manufacturing or industrial environment, such as grinders, cutting equipment or similar machinery. Previous experience within a manufacturing, recycling, engineering, production or similar industrial environment.
