The role is working 22.5 hours per week This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative HR team within an organisation that makes a genuine difference to people''s lives.The OpportunityReporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment and HR administration service across a workforce of approximately 500 employees. This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys both recruitment coordination and broader HR support.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and publishing engaging job adverts (typically 6-8 roles at any one time)Managing applications and responding to candidate and hiring manager queriesCoordinating interviews, assessment days and open daysSupporting the full onboarding process, including compliance checks and documentationProducing contracts, offer letters and induction materialsManaging leaver processes and employee changesMaintaining accurate records on the HR systemSupporting payroll processes and ensuring deadlines are metMonitoring sickness and absence recordsResponding to day-to-day HR queries and escalating where appropriateEnsuring GDPR compliance at all timesSupporting continuous ..... full job details .....
