STR is a niche sector international recruitment business with offices in Portsmouth, Switzerland and the US.

Two of our brands are hiring at the moment, Blackfield who seek a junior or experienced recruiter to join their team in a 360 role on a warm desk in automation contract, European placement within the Biotech and Life Sciences sector. The current desk bills -350400k.

Insignis are looking for people to join their team in either Housing or the Defence sector, we are seeing increased activity in this space in the UK market, these are predominantly perm in trades through to high end niche sector engineering roles.

Previous experience in recruitment is not essential though exposure to a sales process is, the roles are basic and results based with earnings open. New to recruitment can expect to earn -35k and experience -70100k+
