Here at Academics London, we are ready to take our SEN Team to the next level. In line with our growth strategy, we are ready to appoint a Team Leader to join our already successful crew and lead our SEN team.

This role would suit an experienced SEN Consultant who has a good working knowledge of the SEN Education Recruitment Sector. You could be an existing Team Leader or a Recruitment Consultant who has the drive and determination to support team members to do their best work. You will be working alongside an experienced Senior Management Team who will help you settle in and support you to manage your team, hit your team''s targets, whilst ensuring our candidates and SEN schools receive the best possible customer service.

The role will include;

• General Day to Day Team Management
• Internal Recruitment
• Running your own SEN desk
