Recruitment Team Lead

Our client, a leading health services organisation, is currently seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to join their Talent Acquisition function on an initial 12-month contract. This fully remote role includes occasional travel to sites across Fife.Key Responsibilities:Leading, coaching and developing a team of two Talent PartnersOverseeing high-volume recruitment campaigns across contact centre and customer service functionsManaging recruitment delivery against hiring targets, SLAs and workforce plansPartnering with key stakeholders to provide recruitment expertise and strategic workforce supportMonitoring team performance, recruitment metrics and pipeline activityDriving sourcing and attraction strategies to ensure a consistent flow of quality candidatesIdentifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and candidate experienceSupporting recruitment projects and wider Talent Acquisition initiativesWe''re Looking For:Experience leading or mentoring recruiters within an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment teamProven success delivering high-volume recruitment campaignsExperience recruiting for contact centre, customer service or operational environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levelsA data-driven approach to managing recruitment performance and outcomesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat''s on Offer?Initial 12-month contractFully ..... full job details .....
