Working within the People team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment service, supporting workforce planning initiatives and ensuring the organisation continues to attract and retain top talent.Your New RoleAs Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function, providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will oversee recruitment campaigns, support employer branding activities and ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation, safer recruitment requirements and internal policies.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity across the organisation.Providing specialist recruitment advice and support to hiring managers.Developing and delivering attraction campaigns, employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activity.Partnering with stakeholders to understand current and future workforce requirements.Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safer recruitment practices and organisational policies.Managing pre-employment screening, including references, Right to Work, DBS and qualification checks.Acting as the subject-matter expert for recruitment, talent attraction and resourcing best ..... full job details .....
