The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing and developing their own desk across the MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, HealthTech, Pharmaceutical and wider Life Sciences markets. You will work with clients and candidates across both the UK and international markets, building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. This role offers significant autonomy, the support of an experienced leadership team and a clear pathway to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Team Leadership or Directorship for high performers.
