Recruitment Specialist Location: Northampton Pay Rate: £13.32 per hour Job Type: Temporary Ongoing (likely until December 2026) Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-Based Join our dynamic team at Reed in Northampton as a Recruitment Specialist. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are highly organised, proficient in using computer systems, and thrive in providing exceptional administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Day-to-day of the role: Supporting candidates through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Managing and updating information across multiple systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate records. Processing recruitment and compliance documentation meticulously. Liaising with candidates and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail at all times to uphold the integrity of the recruitment process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong IT and computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Good communication and organisational abilities to manage various tasks efficiently. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or onboarding is advantageous but not essential.
