Recruitment Specialist - Chichester Up to £30,000 + Commission We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a growing team in Chichester, specialising in recruiting professionals across care, early years and education. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter, or someone with strong sales/customer-facing experience looking to develop a career in recruitment. The Role: Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking Build and maintain strong candidate relationships Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements Conduct candidate screening and interviews Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns Meet recruitment and business development targets About You: Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential Experience within care, early years, education or a similar sector is highly beneficial Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Target-driven, organised and commercially focused Proactive approach with the ability to work independently Full training and support provided Package: Up to £30,000 + commission (OTE £45,000) Location: Chichester - office based.
