We are seeking a proactive andskilled RecruitmentSpecialist to join our dynamic internalRecruitment and Onboarding team. This role is critical insupporting our organisation''s talent needs by developing efficienthiring strategies, building strong relationships with internalstakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Aday in this role looks like.... Asa Recruitment Specialist atHestia, you will play a crucial role in our Recruitment andOnboarding Team. Your contributions will directly influencethe lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path ofempowerment and independence. A day will neverlook the same and some of the things you can expect to do/beresponsible for are: Partner withhiring managers to understand the recruitment needs, servicerequirements and ideal candidate profiles.Proactively identify and engage both active and passivecandidates through CV databases, professional networks, talentpools and application tracking systems.Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidates''skills, experience and values against the organisationsneeds. Actively seek opportunities to attendrecruitment events in service aera, building relationships withlocal job centres, universities, colleges etc.Collaborate with the organisations volunteering team topresent opportunities to our volunteers.Ensure all vacant posts are advertised within areasonable timeframe. Ensure all adverts areprogressing in line with timescales set out in organisationalpolicies. Working collaboratively with theRecruitment and Onboarding Administrators to ensure a positivecandidate experience. Monitor all vacant postson hold on a regular basis. Utilize the ATStalent pool function to create and maintain a pipeline of suitablecandidates for current and future roles.Develop strategies to nurture relationships withpotential candidates and ensure the organisation has access to toptalent. Ensure all recruitment activitiescomply with organisational and legal requirements.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices tocontinuously enhance the recruitment process.Carry out and monitor exit interviews for assignedservice areas. To excel in this role, you shouldpossess: 2 years proven experiencein a Talent Acquisition or resourcing based role.Proven experience in building talent pools.Proven experience in filling “hard to fill”roles. Familiar with CV Databases and Booleansearches. Excellent interpersonal skills andthe ability to confidently persuade, communicate and buildrelationships with a wide variety of internal and externalstakeholders and target audiences. A strongteam player, able to build relationships with a large team tounderstand priorities and flex working style appropriately; whilstalso having the ability to work well independently, recognisingwhen to act with autonomy and when to escalate.In depth knowledge of recruitment bestpractices.
