Sounds great, what will I be doing? We''re looking for a proactive and collaborative recruiter to join our team and support hiring across our services. You''ll work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, identify ideal candidate profiles, and source talent through a variety of channels including CV databases, professional networks, and talent pools. You''ll conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates'' skills and values, attend local recruitment events, and build strong relationships with job centres, universities, and colleges. You''ll also work with our volunteering team to promote internal opportunities and support the development of a strong talent pipeline. In addition to sourcing and engaging candidates, you''ll coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely advertising and a smooth candidate experience in line with organisational policies. You''ll maintain oversight of vacancies, utilise our applicant tracking system to build talent pools, and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
