Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistLocation: WindsorSalary: Circa 40,000 per annum DOE Responsibilities include:Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisationAdvising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislationWriting engaging job adverts and recruitment campaignsManaging advertising across job boards, careers sites and social mediaProactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channelsScreening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviewsSupporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processesConducting interviews where requiredManaging offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughoutMaintaining and optimising the ATSProducing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment dataReviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positionsBuilding relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriateSupporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completedSupervising and mentoring Recruitment AdministratorsIdentifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate ..... full job details .....
