What You''ll Be DoingCandidate Sourcing and EngagementProactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screening candidates by phone and assessing their suitability for roles.Building strong relationships with candidates and becoming their trusted point of contact.Process ManagementManaging candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment processes running smoothly.Preparing CVs, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates at every stage.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
