Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessment days, and recruitment events.
• Manage high-volume calendars efficiently to meet business needs.
• Handle candidate and stakeholder communications via email and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth scheduling across teams.
• Provide day-to-day support to the recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or scheduling, preferably in a consultancy or high-volume environment.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing inboxes and calendar tools.
