We are currently recruiting for four Recruitment Resourcing Specialists to join their team on an urgent basis. Language requirements: Fluent in both English and German Role details: Position: Recruitment Resourcing Specialist Contract duration: Until August 2027 Working arrangement: Predominantly remote Location: Remote, with occasional attendance at the Newcastle office in the first few weeks for training. Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training. Key responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels. Review CVs and identify suitable candidates against role requirements. Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates'' skills, experience and language capabilities. Support recruitment for strategic sourcing roles requiring fluency in English and German.
