The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and qualifying high-quality candidates for specialist permanent vacancies. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will support the full recruitment process and help build strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and internal databases. Conducting proactive headhunting campaigns to engage passive candidates.
