Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms. Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience. Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement. Negotiate offers and provide guidance to both clients and candidates. Develop new business opportunities through networking and business development activities. Maintain accurate records using the company''s recruitment database and CRM system. Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets. What We''re Looking For Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident, proactive, and resilient approach. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to build lasting professional relationships.
