What You''ll Be Doing As a Recruitment Resourcer, you''ll be responsible for finding and engaging top talent before anyone else. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates using leading job boards and Boolean search techniques. Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn and social media. Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies. Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews. Understanding candidates'' experience, motivations and career aspirations. Writing and posting engaging job adverts. Sending targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp recruitment campaigns. Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the recruitment process. Keeping our CRM updated with accurate candidate information. Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently. Delivering an ..... full job details .....
