You will focus on sourcing the best candidates, building talent pools, and ensuring our consultants have access to the strongest educators available.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for teaching and support rolesWriting and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms within company guidelinesProactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, CV databases, and networkingBuilding and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and retentionWorking closely with consultants to coordinate each stage of the candidate journey, from initial application through to compliance and placementMaintaining accurate candidate records on our databaseWho You AreWe are looking for people with drive, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
