Although onsite recruitment experience is advantageous, this position would also suit an administrator or planner looking to enter the recruitment industry.The role:Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements.Create and maintain a ''Pool'' of candidates appropriate to the client''s needs.Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of workers.Contribute to a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ''right fit'', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.Managing administration processes such as absences and holiday requests.Accurate data input and verification for weekly payroll.Provision of a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required.
