Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Hybrid options available) Salary: £30000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) We re currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Doncaster. The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of exciting roles across various sectors. You''ll work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and ensure we find the right candidates quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals). Screening CVs and applications to shortlist candidates for open positions. Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Updating and maintaining the candidate database. Assisting recruitment consultants with interview scheduling and candidate management. Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Contributing to team targets and supporting the business development efforts. Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Minimum 1 year Previous recruitment recourcer experience Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
