Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring across a growing Engineering business. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting and engaging talented candidates for both site based and office based positions. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently while delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will be working in the wider Talent and HR team to ensure projects are sufficiently staffed. This role will be based in East London with some travel required to other London offices.
