Prospero Teaching is looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Leeds team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with sales, telesales, customer service or other target-driven experience who is looking for a clear pathway into a Recruitment Consultant role.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you''ll play a key role in identifying and engaging talented teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, helping schools find the people they need while building relationships with candidates throughout their job search journey.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Interviewing and registering education professionals.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
• Writing and managing job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities within schools.
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to support placements.
• Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Representing Prospero Teaching professionally and promoting our opportunities in the local market.
