About the Role
Pertemps Loughborough Commercial seeks a Recruitment Resourcer in Glenfield on a full-time temporary basis, paying between £12.71 and £13.33 hourly, dependent on experience. Hours run 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for weekend shifts. Pertemps are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in helping us find and attract the right candidates for our seasonal mail sorting campaign.

The Role:
- Sourcing candidates through job adverts, candidate referral, and job boards.
- Telephone screening candidate calls.
- Meeting candidates face to face to obtain identification.
- Verification of documents to begin the vetting process.
- Building strong candidate relationships.
- Working towards recruitment targets and deadlines.
