Pertemps are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in helping us find and attract the right candidates for our seasonal mail sorting campaign.-

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and is looking to develop a career within recruitment.-

The Role:

• Sourcing candidates through job adverts, candidate referral, and job boards.-
  
  
• Telephone screening candidate calls.
  
  
• Meeting candidates face to face to obtain identification.
  
  
• Verification of documents to begin the vetting process.
  
  
• Building strong candidate relationships.
  
  
• Working towards recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Friendly, confident and professional.
  
  
• A strong communicator with good telephone skills.
  
  
• Organised and able to multitask.
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
