- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a range of roles.
- Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment strategies to secure the best talent.
- Effectively manage multiple roles and priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
