The Opportunity We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants in sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and register candidates for live vacancies within oil and gas, engineering, and energy sectors. Utilise a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases to attract top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. Prepare candidate CVs and profiles for submission to clients. Assist consultants in managing the candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities. Keep candidate records updated and compliant with company procedures.
