to join our team. You''ll work closely with our consultants to identify, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates across a variety of technical disciplines. This is a key delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding the right person for the right role.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using a range of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal database, etc.)Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviewsWrite and post engaging job adverts to attract top talentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemSupport consultants with CV formatting, candidate profiles, and interview schedulingBuild and nurture a pipeline of contract and perm candidates in niche technical areasProvide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition role(agency or in-house – ideally with exposure to
