You will already know how to engage people, ask good questions and build relationships over time.Most importantly, you are phone first, naturally curious and someone people feel comfortable relying on.What you will be doing with your experience in this roleYou will be fundamental to how MTWO grows and operates moving forward.Your focus will be on candidate generation across Print, Packaging and Signage. You will approach hard-to-find people who may not be actively looking, introduce yourself and build relationships long before they are ready to move.There will also be plenty of database work with industry professionals we already know. You will never be short of people to speak with.
