In this full role, you will be responsible for: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases. Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for current and future vacancies. Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess suitability, skills, experience, and motivations. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring requirements. Support Recruitment Consultants or Hiring Managers with shortlisting and candidate submissions Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
