The RoleAs a Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates. You’ll work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure we consistently deliver top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms (job boards, referrals, socials, etc...)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talentConduct initial interviews and candidate assessmentsSupport candidates through our onboarding and compliance processManage candidate communication and provide a great candidate experienceWork closely with consultants to understand client needs and support recruitment campaignsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records on our ATS system
What We’re Looking For:Experience as a Resourcer or in a similar support role would be ideal but if you have a desire to learn we''re happy to trainExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComputer literate we work on MicrosoftA proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed
You will ideally be a driver with your own car
