Recruitment Resourcer - In House

Winshall are seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our business in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates for our own permanent and contract positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking activities. Screen CVs and applications against vacancy requirements. Conduct initial candidate interviews and telephone screenings. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. Arrange interviews and coordinate communication where required. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process. Monitor market trends and provide candidate availability and salary insights. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation. Skills and Experience Essential Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
