You’ll work alongside our Account Managers, helping recruit and maintain a strong candidate workforce for a busy portfolio of warehouse, logistics and industrial clients . The Role: Advertising current vacancies Sourcing and screening candidates Conducting telephone interviews and registrations Completing right-to-work and compliance checks Coordinating inductions and new starters Maintaining candidate availability Supporting daily and weekly client requirements Communicating with candidates regarding shifts and assignments Working closely with Account Managers to achieve booking fulfilment About You: Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be beneficial, but we’re also interested in people with strong administration, customer service or people-management skills.
