RECRUITMENT RESOURCER

Location: Warrington
Salary: £26,600 per year + bonus
Full Time | Permanent

The Results People are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Warrington team.

You’ll work alongside our Account Managers, helping recruit and maintain a strong candidate workforce for a busy portfolio of warehouse, logistics and industrial clients.

The Role:

• Advertising current vacancies
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews and registrations
• Completing right-to-work and compliance checks
• Coordinating inductions and new starters
• Maintaining candidate availability
• Supporting daily and weekly client requirements
• Communicating with candidates regarding shifts and assignments
• Working closely with Account Managers to achieve booking fulfilment

About You:

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be beneficial, but we’re also interested in people with strong administration, customer service or people-management skills.

You’ll need to be organised, confident on the phone, comfortable working at pace and able to manage multiple priorities.
