Due to continued growth, our Hospitality division in Glasgow is expanding. We''re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our experienced consultants, helping to source, engage, and place candidates across a variety of roles.

This is a genuine opportunity to build and grow your career, ideal for someone looking to step into their first recruitment role with strong leadership, hand-on training, and clear progression. You''ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while developing a long-term career within Search.

What you''ll be doing:
- Registering candidates and carrying out RTW checks
- Booking staff onto shifts across events and venues in Glasgow
- Matching the right people to the right roles
- Keeping in regular contact with your candidates and supporting them while they''re on assignment
- Helping the team with day-to-day admin and recruitment tasks

What we''re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience within any environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, target-driven environment
