Recruitment Resourcer

We are seeking a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team at Henley Executive. Based in our lovely offices in Henley in Arden, we need someone enthusiastic who has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn, as well as happy communicating with candidates vis phone, email, and social media.As a Resourcer, day-to-day your role will entail: Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and emailUpdating the database with candidate and client informationFormatting candidate CVsArranging candidate interviewsSending out interview and offer confirmations Full training will be provided, or we would be happy to consider someone experienced who is looking for a part-time or flexible working hours. Please note this will be an office-based role.
