Hours:-Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 16:30

About Us

GNA Group is an established construction recruitment business supplying temporary and permanent personnel across the UK.

We''re looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, we are equally interested in driven individuals with strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment.

The Role

Working alongside experienced consultants, you''ll be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening construction candidates
• Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
• Using job boards, databases and recruitment tools to identify talent
• Updating and maintaining our ATS/CRM system
• Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
• Supporting consultants with live vacancies and candidate bookings
• Lead generation and market research
• Occasional site visits and PPE deliveries

What We''re Looking For

• Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
