Recruitment Resourcer - Construction Location: Sevenoaks Salary: 27,000 per annum + Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 About Us GNA Group is an established construction recruitment business supplying temporary and permanent personnel across the UK. We''re looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division. Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, we are equally interested in driven individuals with strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment. The Role Working alongside experienced consultants, you''ll be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening construction candidates Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks Using job boards, databases and recruitment tools to identify talent Updating and maintaining our ATS/CRM system Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions Supporting consultants with live vacancies and candidate bookings Lead generation and market research Occasional site visits and PPE deliveries What We''re Looking For Recruitment experience preferred but not essential Excellent communication and telephone skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer 27,000 basic salary Monthly bonus ..... full job details .....
