We specialise in the supply of Teachers and support staff to all educational institutions throughout the United Kingdom and we are searching for Resourcers to join our successful team in our Harrow office. We have been established for 16 year''s and have achieved consistent growth throughout the years, both in team size and profits year on year. As a Resourcer, you will be joining the business at the right time as we are moving into the heart of London. You will receive on the job training and development to understand how to source relevant candidates both efficiently and effectively. You will be assisting Senior Consultants with the vacancies they have for their client, you will be briefed for each position you resource for. The team in London is a young, close-knit group of 10 with a mix of Resourcers and Consultants. We work in coherence with each other to ensure clients receive the best possible service. As part of the team you will be part of team nights out that are held to celebrate a successful period. If you are an outgoing individual with a positive attitude towards work, experience in B2B sales and not afraid to put yourself out there then this may be a route for you.
