Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Doncaster, supporting our clients and their operations.This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you ll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.What you ll be doing: Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirementsSupporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment serviceSourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboardingRegistering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to dateSupporting the team with general recruitment administration What we re looking for: A motivated and reliable individual with a positive attitudeSomeone proactive, organised, and responsiveAbility to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectivelyWillingness to learn and grow within a developing company What we offer: Full-time, permanent positionSalary starting from £25,842 (depending on experience)Monday to Friday, 09 00Full training and resources provided to support your development Requirements: Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essentialDriving licence is required If this sounds like a role for you, please send us your up-to-date CV we d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
