Job Description

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work directly alongside our most successful consultants; getting the opportunity to learn the recruitment process first-hand.

You will benefit from their wealth of experience, working with them receiving advice, feedback and support. You will be sourcing CV''s, building candidate relationships and screening them to meet clients hiring needs.

You will:

• Be energetic and enthusiastic with a drive and hunger for success
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Live and have full right to work in the UK (CANNOT offer sponsorship)
• Be a strong team player, but also comfortable working independently
